Curing accelerators are substances that are added to the epoxy mixture in small volumes to speed up the curing process.

AKC 1.0 is used as an accelerator for the curing of epoxy resins for use in binders for fiberglass, pultrusion, extrusion, and winding industries. It contains substances that effectively dilute epoxy resins and give a good plasticizing effect, increasing strength, heat resistance, elasticity, adhesion to glass or basalt fibers (roving).

Ratio of components in use (by weight):
Epoxy resin – 100 parts; MTHPA - 78-80 parts; Accelerator 4-5 parts.
Recommended curing modes -180-260 °C.
